Sponmech Safety Systems Limited are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of acoustic enclosures and other bespoke noise control solutions.
All noise solutions designed and manufactured by Sponmech conform to BS EN ISO 15667:2000 Noise Control by Enclosures and Cabins and are fully HSE compliant.
Based in the heart of the UK near Birmingham, Sponmech has a good central base for our customers all over the nation. We have 2 large factories and a powder coating facility on site meaning we have the resources to deliver any size project.
Sponmech is equipped with a full in-house CAD Design facility using the very latest inventor package ‘Autodesk Product Design Suite 2021’. We use state of the art of machinery to fabricate our noise safety products and these include CNC punch pressing machines, CNC press braking machines and CNC guillotines. We work with a range of materials from Stainless Steel to Polycarbonate.

Sponmech can only quote with enough/suitable information provided by you. For example you could make reference to an enclosure type on our website or provide us with your or your customer's Sketch or drawings of the enclosure and/or photos of the equipment on site.
- We do not allocate our designers or engineers onto a job until the point of order.
- We do not quote from specification data sheets.
